Comment:  One of the top houses for sure, but never the best at anything. The "utility player" of fraternities. Nice house, but Sig Nu is way cooler; okay at sports but nothing compared to SAE; girls like them, but not as much as Sig Ep; the list is endless. Well-rounded but not quite elite.
