Comment:  I will say whether most people like it or not, Phi Psi is one of the "top" frats on campus.Most of them are good-looking (MOST definitely not all) and allegedly they throw fun parties (i've never been, nor do i usually hear of them, last I heard they had a "list" to their last one... really?) But honestly, I don't usually see them wearing letters around campus and they don't usually support other greeks by going to their events on campus. they've been very invisible this year...sad.
