Comment:  I think SAE is about to make moves in the fall - 20 guys if they want. SAE only returned 3/22 bids in 15 spring, but one of those is an absolute all star. social fun smart and hangs with a lot of good guys. SAE can come back, just listen. PIKE is gone, PhiPsi is loosing speed. PhiDelt only attracts a very specific person and BETA is doing better. You cant stop SigEp right now and tons of good guys didnt join anything bc they didnt get bids. we NEED another house that gets those kind of top guys.
