Comment:  PC 09 kinda sucks, probably like 8th if you ranked them against other PC 09s, but PC 10 is much better; 5th or 4th against other PC 10s I would say from my experience. PC 11 will make or break this house moreso than lots of others, if its similar to PC 09 (pretty possible since GPhi didn't really do well as a whole in on-campus events and stuff of that nature), then its another few years of mid-tier but if they get more like another PC 10 and perform a lot better in events this upcoming year, they should definitively be able to take the #5 spot and start to seriously challenge the top 4. Just depends if PC 10 is the fluke, or becomes the norm for them.
