Comment:  They were really doing well for themselves all of last year, but this year you can already tell things are going downhill for them. Their new president clearly has no idea what he is doing and instead of recruiting guys worth a damn, they just keep collecting stoners and spad majors. I used to really have fun at phi tau and they are an attractive group, but even the parties have considerably lacked lately. It's a shame, but they are quickly slipping into middle tier.
