Comment:  This is really funny that Chi Phi is ranked so high. They are nice guys and some of them are cute, but all really weird and lack basic social skills. All I know is that on any given weekend, my sorority sisters and I aren't exactly like "let's go party with Chi Phi." That should say it all. Bottom-tier. :/
