Comment:  Best! ChiPhi is get for a small anti-fraternity school like F&M. The zetas have been around forever and have managed to remain active through all kinds of trials and tribulations. Easily the best house on campus, fun parties, lots of alumni support.. Not as great as any of the major schools fraternity groups but for F&M and this type of school they are cool.
