Comment:  I'm confused as to why DZ is considered top tier here. There's definitley a lot of self ranking. It's a great house that is still starting out, however it is in no way top house. Nice girls that are still trying to figure out their place on campus. They'll eventually go up in four or five years. At the moment, they are at the very bottom. Simply because they are a new chapter.
