Comment:  PiKapp is used as a measuring stick for all other Fraternities. A measurement of what not to do and how to not run your Fraternity. Dues are way too expensive for such a crappy house, constant in-fighting amongst brothers, poor accoubtability, and very bad collecting of dues. Yet they still think they can get KAs house?
