Comment:  location on the lake makes the house awesome, despite the very dirty inside (but hey, thats what makes it a frat house, right?). Awesome group of guys with a stacked pledge class. Gamedays are crazyy fun, and house parties are insane as well. The guys know how to put down a beer and have a good time. Also they're super close with some of the other frats which brings friction and competition down. Best house on campus by far
