Comment:  I'm rating them so highly because I've watched them evolve. Beta used to suck and they somehow managed to turn it around in the past few years, their pledge class is pretty cool and very good looking; if they keep this going they'll be one of the top houses within the next two or three years. Parties are good, the guys are never creepy (and act in a far more intelligent manner than guys in top houses) and the house and the rooms are relatively well kept, especially in comparison to other frats!
