Comment:  Never used to be a huge fan of Phi Delt but I've noticed a big improvement in the last year or two. They had a big spring recruitment and the two guys I've met from it were cool and easy to talk too. Used to be low/middle tier when I joined, now upper middle/ top. Would keep that position if they didnt have a habit of routinely pissing off the greek system and were more involved in all greek events.
