Comment:  OK people. Phi Psi may not be the top house but they're at least middle tier... They in no way deserve these one star ratings.. Ha I don't know them too well but they have been through a lot in the past few years, and I think they have done a good job conducting themselves given the circumstances. Hopefully they can get back on their feet this fall, because they seem like nice guys that like to have a good time.
