Comment:  Phi Sig may not be as hot as the top-tiers, but they do have a lot of very attractive girls. They are realistically upper middle. There's nobody else as fun or down and as chill as Phi Sig though. They know how to party, and they aren't stuck up. While they may not be top tier Phi Sig is still awesome
