Comment:  Chi O's are hot, they are pretty classy, and involved. March Madness is by leaps-and-bounds the best philanthropy. They are stuck up, but most top tier sororities are. It's hard to choose who's the top sorority, because it's really between them & Zeta, but either way they are the definition of top tier
