Comment:  The Epsilon Upsilon Chapter at Arizona State University won an appeal from the University appeal board which voted 4 to 1 to restore university recognition to the Sigma Chi chapter. As of 01/2015 Sigma Chi is back on campus having only been off campus for one semester! 95% of the claims from the University were found to be false or actually the fault of the university staff.
