Comment:  To Brit, I'm a GDI. I've been associate with Pi Kappa Phi for awhile and they do throw parties every weekend with tons of people because their parties are so fun and safe. If you haven't remembered last fall they had a 40 person pledge class, and this Spring had a 15 person recruitment. So I think you should get to know them before judging them. Just because they're "flamboyant" or whatever that doesn't mean they can't be successful in all aspects of a fraternity.
