Comment:  Chi O, Pi Phi, and Kappa girls will all agree that first of all they have the nicest house you will see at basically any college in the nation and that clearly helped considering their fall and spring pcs (along with Sig Chi, Delts, and Sammy's) are easily the best at IU. Beta and ATO are falling while these houses are rising and FIJI and Pi Kapps are consistent top tier.
