Comment:  I can tell at first that their brotherhood is great because of what I see at letters. They have the old surf house now, and that is the only place they throw great parties. Socially they are top. They have hot guys, some better than others, but these boys now how to show a good time. Other fraternities try to bash them on social media, but if you can't beat em, join em. ;)
