Comment:  Definitely not a top tier Frat. If they get a house it can be possible but anything is, right? Chill dudes, don't fight with each other, minor friend groups in several sororities but no specific one. Parties are kinda lame to be honest but it's hard to compete when all they can do is have house parties. Mostly stick to themselves and definitely need to get consistent sorority relations.
