Comment:  Chi O is middle tier no questions asked. They might have done better than usual in recruitment this year, but I've heard that nearly 10 new members have already DROPPED because they realized they made a mistake. These girls are boring and average and VERY middle Tier. Kappa, ASA and Phi Sig are top tier and Chi O doesn't even begin to compare to the top.
