Comment:  I like SAMMY. They have some good brothers but they also have some not so good brothers. Talk to the brothers and they'll probably reiturate the same. They are a middle tier Fraternity with some upside (mainly the house on the hill) but as soon as Phi Psi comes back they will be relegated to search for a new home. With the opening of two houses (Beta and Kappa Sig) it should work out in their favor. However, they will not have the finances for their own house until quite some time due to funding
