Comment:  I am hesitant to rate what "tier" chiO is at WF bc to be honest I'm not all that aware of how others perceive it. Yet, I recently joined, & I'm going to give my honest perspective. ChiO has one of the most loving environments for girls looking for sisterhood. There hasn't been one moment when I haven't felt comfortable seeking out someone older or in my pledge class. While there are close groups of friends everywhere, chi-o brings us together. I couldn't be happier with my decision. XO 4 life
