Comment:  Honestly- if this chapter gets a pledge class of confident leaders, they can really move up. Biggest issue here is just that because majority of greek life is so insecure they tend to kick around DG and make freshmen insecure about it too, like how a bunch of girls went for phi sig to "start a new beginning in the new chapter" but all the try hards destroyed with poor leadership destroyed the name. Its an established chapter, great sisterhood, and just needs a pledge class for that boost.
