Comment:  Definitely not a Top Tier Fraternity, that would go to Pike, Phi Sig and maybe SAE? It's always debatable and consistently changing. They're pretty average (mid-tier) all around and below average (bottom-tier) on overall numbers but "if" they get SAE's house back then it could be a game changer. We'll see though. I'm not holding my breath with all the rumors that float around campus. Best of luck though!
