Comment:  Say what you want about gphi, but they are the only unanimous agreed upon sorority for the top tier.. If you look at everyone's opinion on top tier, chi o, kappa, pi phi and a phi are all interchangeable and moved up or down. Only one that always remains is gphi, just sayin
