Comment:  The fact of the matter is this that this fraternity is on the upswing. A bad rep tells a story that just doesn't follow. Leadership is great. Many of the younger guys care, and their on campus involvement rivals that of all the other top tiers. They raise a lot of money for their philanthropy and are steadily improving in all areas.
