Comment:  They tell me with the pledgeship stuff the brotherhood has declined, or at least not they're not tight with the freshman yet. Still think the sophomores, juniors, and seniors have great brotherhood. With that house/property it'll always be a one of the best. Definitely party very hard. Might not be as many nice and boring guys as Fiji or KA but thats a plus in my opinion. There is always a handful in each pledge class that had no business getting a bid. Just need the money i guess.
