Comment:  People are hating on them because they are new. Doesn't mean they suck, just means they gotta prove themselves. Have a huge mix of attractiveness. Some super hot and some not so much. lots of transfers. Are well known because their recruiters went all over campus to tell people about them. Because they are new, don't seem to know exactly what they are doing, and the lack of housing is a setback. But as long as everyone is willing to give them a chance, they've got a good chance at middle tier
