Comment:  I saw them as the bottom of middle tier freshman year, but now are rising to the top of the middle tier as some of the douchey creepy guys graduated, and have take pledge classes and recruitment more seriously. Better parties, better brothers, and a stronger fraternity overall. I could see them becoming top tier in the next couple years, as KA and Fiji have backslid in my and my sisters opinions with awful recruiting. Just trying to be honest as possible.
