Comment:  Give these girls a break! It is very difficult being a new chapter, and of course there will be some bad eggs in the founding class, but overall they are going to do just fine. We all don't agree with the way they were recruited, but that's not their fault. Just has to be aware of rubbing existing chapters the wrong way.
