Comment:  These guys are popular because they are so large. Seems like it's "common" to be a Pike which has advantages and disadvantages. Many are them are good guys, but many pushy and arrogant. Their status as the top fraternity is decreasing at FSU. I don't think they will remain the top, but will still be considered in top tier - in the top 4.
