Comment:  I think that Pi Phi will always be a top house. Always has been, probably always will be. There's some Pi Phis in a few of my classes and while they're perfectly sweet girls, the few that I know are dumb as a bag of bricks. Both are gorgeous, but not too bright. I don't think they're too involved on campus, but they're fun to party with. That's about it.
