Comment:  the one thing I noticed about PBP is that they're considered "low tier" but not for bad reasons unlike axo or gphi... like not being involved. I heard this year they're finally doing delta queen when they previously have not. someone told me it's because their nationals saw it as a pageant and didn't like that aspect. but now that the delts have changed it, they can. all the pi phis I've met are really sweet so if they're a little bit more active, I'm sure they'll get better.
