Comment:  Really great group of guys. Super friendly and tight knit. House is a fixer upper but there is potential. They have plenty of space to expand and there are plenty of easily fixable things wrong with the house. They throw great parties but they do drink too much and I can see why some people might find them sketchy. NEED to get more involved. They don't seem to do much around campus. They are one really strong pledge class away from being upper middle tier if not lower top tier.
