Comment:  Phi Mu and Chi Omega both compete for the title of best sorority on campus. It is evident that these two houses usually try to recruit the same women. Phi Mu is known for it's work hard - play hard mindset. In the past they have had a really strong sisterhood. However, the house is becoming more and more divided as their recruitment focus has stretched. With the help of their past exec the house has improved chapter development and grades (however are still second to Chi Omega).
