Comment:  As a former Baylor Kappa (now alum), I can tell you that these girls are just like everyone else. When recruiting, they are looking for girls who are creative, intelligent, ambitious, friendly, and fun...they just happen to be gorgeous as well and what the rushee's parents do doesn't matter whatsoever. In every sorority there are cliques and rules, but as a former member and one that had several other friends in Pi Phi and Chi O and Theta, these things seemed not to be as much of a problem.
