Comment:  Their house is awesome, but they don't use it the right way. When they got the house, they had to put too many members in it, removing their older guys from the downtown lofts. Well respected as the longest standing fraternity on campus, but you also hear a lot of negatives. They can party, but I've never heard of them having a flat out rager. Seem to be settling when they could be stepping up. Just a bunch of private school stoners for the most part.
