Comment:  they may be top house but they throw hardly any house parties anymore and have their stuff at clubs in riverside. the freeze one they threw was probably be there best one. they don't seem to know each other but they are the biggest chapter. older guys are close and the newer guys seem lost. wish i knew more about them! but tbhh i don't go to phi psi as much as i used to
