Comment:  I've met some pretty nice Alpha Phi's, but it's no surprise that most of them during recruitment are only attracted to the looks of the girls. Their drop out rate is insane, as they try to only recruit pretty girls. Most girls join and realize they have poor sisterhood, lots of drama, and they're overall not passionate about their own philanthropy or creating cohesiveness in the house. Drama and cliques, & partying. Most are all just a pretty face, and won't amount to much after college.
