Comment:  Lower middle tier fraternity that is improving. They have some neat new houses but they are plagued with creepy and weird brothers. Working really hard to bring in better pledge classes. Don't see them really rising a whole lot in the future as most sororities want nothing to do with them and they mainly pull GDI girls.
