Comment:  This recruitment season will decide where they will be. While they try to be very active on campus it's well known that Gamma Phi has a poor social calendar and an even poorer sisterhood. They will need an incredibly strong pledge class just to stay where they are, and I don't envision that happening unless they fix the cliques in their sisterhood. A lot of the older members I know aren't even that active anymore so they lost a bunch attractive older girls.
