Comment:  People who want a good "name" but couldnt go top tier and it shows. The last couple pledge classes have been on the decline and have gotten sloppier. Very different rep today than they had 10 years ago... also a fair number of their most recent PC transferred. Will probably always do ok because of their well established name, but not by any means "top" of the middle tier, hope this rush is better for them!
