Comment:  Honestly, these girls are rejects from top tier houses. It's the fall back house when you're rejected from the top tiers that have strung you along until the last day. This is where you end up, the reject pile. Don't even have a house. A lot of the girls are rude and mean too because they think they're top tier, but it's so obvious they're fake and there's no way they'll be top tier if they keep this up. The PC this year isn't anything special either. There's some girl with braces too.
