Comment:  Ok. Several things with this frat. A couple years ago they were one of the top frats at BU. Recent pledge classes seem to be made up of rejects from Kappa Sig and DTD from what I can tell. Their parties have turned into bores and the guys aren't nearly as hot as they were 2 years ago. Just sad to see ChiPhi go downhill.
