Comment:  These guys are known for throwing the best parties in Davis, the only ones everyone looks forward to. No other frat even schedules a party on the same day. It might be because oftheir huge property (a whole block of downtown) orthe fact that all their neighbors are businesses, but I've never seen a TX party get rolled by the cops. Cute guys too that are definitely alcoholic, but in a fun, friendly way. Definitely the animal house of Davis
