Comment:  The only reason Theta can be ranked top tier is because the only top tier sorority left after OFSL kicked Kappa DZ and DG off is Alpha Phi. Alpha Phi is now #1, theta ONLY got a good PC because there were no other options other than Alpha Phi and Theta for normal, fun, attractive girls... when DG comes back for F15 Theta's falling back down to middle tier behind APHI & DG. These girls are average, they're OK.
