Comment:  The fact that these guys can stay top tier without a house speaks for itself. You join a fraternity for the people and the relationships that will form during your college experience. joining a certain affiliation for the wrong reasons - house - can ruin your four years and all these boys did it right. Also, i herd a rumor about 32nd and dav becoming their house again......... NEIGHBORS!!!!!
