Comment:  Theta Xi's definitely aren't the top popularity wise. They don't have the best sorority relations simply because they're focused on their brotherhood and I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. They are always really nice when I do talk to them. They are involved on campus and stay out of everyone else's BS. They are the bros.
