Comment:  I didn't really meet many Phi Sigs until this past semester, but I'm soo glad I did. They get knocked by people that don't know them and/or for being stoners, but once I got to know a few I started to love them! They definitely know how to have a good time and love their liquor (as do I). Would not go as far to say they are "top tier" as people describe fraternities, but I definitely have had more fun at their parties than at "top tier" parties. They just need to be a little more involved!
